A: After machine delivery, we will send customer manual book. Our machine is not disassemble when do shipment. When customer received machines in ply wooden box, do simple combination reference to machines picture we send before delivery, then can connected machines with power and run machines. If any problems meet during operation, can contact sales for service online. We will always reply within 24 hours. We also provide face to face teaching service online by wechat/whatsapp/skype. If you need our factory workers assemble machines in customer factory, we can do it. But the travel cost all at customers side.
