The main process stages and complete sets of equipment include:

Crushing and screening

The open or closed circuit system composed of multi-stage crusher and vibrating screen will crush the raw ore into qualified fine products.

According to customer requirements, crushing system can be made into fixed, mobile, modular and other installation forms.

Milling and sorting

The system is composed of grinding equipment such as SAG mill and ball mill and classifying equipment such as hydrocyclone, spiral classifier and vibrating fine screen, which can grind the ore to the required particle size for sorting.

Wiping and cleaning

Small particles containing nuggets and free gold are completely separated from larger particles by a ash screen, drum, drum scrubber, or vibrating screen.

Gravity concentration

A multi-stage system consisting of a jig, a centrifugal concentrator, a chute, and a shaking table can recover and enrich nuggets and granular gold at a low cost.

Flotation

Under the action of agents and air in the flotation loop, the gold bearing particles are collected together to form a concentrate.

CIP / CIL

The leaching solution is continuously stirred in a set of tanks, and the gold is leached with cyanide or other chemical agents. The leached gold is counter-current adsorbed by activated carbon.

The gold-carrying carbon is separated and sent to the gold chamber, and the leached tailings are detoxified before being discharged.

Loading carbon stripping and electrodeposition

In a closed high temperature and high pressure unit, the gold-carrying carbon is rapidly removed by eluent, and the solution becomes a incubating liquid, which is passed into an electrically prepared tank, where gold powder is deposited on a set of cathode plates.

Gold smelting

The complete set of gold refining equipment can produce alloy gold ingots or gold bars with purity up to 99.95% and 99.99% according to customer requirements.
